Photo0039Have a 944 turbo – nice car, perfect handling, weight balance – but everybody laughts “it’s not a “real” Porsche”. “Real” Porsche’s has “normal” headlights, different body lines and if turbo – turbo wheels. So what to do? You still like your 944, but have to deal with public opinion. So you “upgrade” it to 911 (996) look!

Really – this is not so easy. Whole body must be re-made of fiberglass, using 996 headlights, custom bumpers, and 928 tail lights. Waterdrop side mirrors is nice to have. Bocter or 996 tail lights won’t fit because of different body curves at the back, so 928 S4 are the best. With a little bit of effort, you have almost-911 (that most of eGZperts, knowing only “rear-engined” Porsches wont tell it is not) and can enjoy the ride.
